The crew on VvS1 were wonderful. They were all friendly and very accommodating. Belinda's food is marvellous - she is a very talented chef. She sought me out on numerous occasions to check the menus and timing of our meals and I was very impressed with her organisation and culinary skills. Having the galley out in the open must be difficult for a chef but she was always pleasant and seemed to have everything completely under control. Andy was very easy to work with and the other crew members were cheery, fun, energetic and upbeat - we really loved being around them. All in all we had a wonderful time together and the tandem charter worked beautifully for us. The crew should be commended for providing a very high level of service, always meeting our needs and doing all of this with a smile and fun attitude. Dear Andy,
Thank you and the crew again for what was a truly unforgettable week. You certainly have this huge vessel totally under control and everything you and the crew did was just perfect to ensure it all rolled together seamlessly. Your and your team's professionalism and ability to pre-empt each and every need was quite extraordinary. Belinda's magic with the meals especially given limited ingredients. Carla and Sabina's hands on approach was terrific and Owen and Rob were also great. Carla was especially kind when I had my indiscretion with the rolling seas... The only thing that could top off all the wonderful activities and Belinda's gourmet meals was the night in the unknown cave - how good was that! I think we will have to give it a name - instead of Aladdin's Cave perhaps it should be Alan's Cave! I have come home with a whole new knowledge set about Tonga and especially Vava'u.
